Hi Dave,

It has been a pleasure doing business with you, Ed, Brian, the guy that programmed our blue tooth, and the finance guy.  I have bought a lot of cars over the years and have been treated fair at some dealerships and screwed at others.  Some of the ones that I've had bad experiences with are no longer in business. 

I think from the moment we started looking at the cars on Doug Smith's lot, I was impressed.  We looked at several cars without being swarmed by salesman.  You were kind and courteous to my wife and I and when you didn't know something, you asked other employees to help.  We had some initial mistakes on the contract and some bugs with the new car. 

Sales manager Ed, and Service manager Brian were immediately at our service to correct the problems.  I've been at other dealerships that pawn off the problems to other people so they don't have to deal with it.  I was very impressed from start to finish at Doug Smiths and I look forward to having the car serviced there and possibly purchasing again in the future. 

Keep up the good work.  It's hard to find people who sincerely care about customer service anymore.  You guys put trust back in my dictionary again.

I just wanted to say thanks for making Judy's new vehicle purchase such a pleasant experience. From the front end to the back end I couldn't have been happier with the way things went. Judy loves the Caliber, and after driving it yesterday I was pretty impressed myself.

I was really impressed more so with level of professionalism shown by yourself, Chase, and Doug's son (whose name escapes me) that handled the finance end. Product knowledge coupled with outstanding customer service skills made the whole process a huge stress reliever in lieu of the normal stress generator that is often the case when buying a new vehicle. I would love to convey this message to Mr. Smith as well if you have contact information for him.

Everybody loves the smell of a new car. Shopping for one on the other hand is something much less pleasant. Unless you shopping at Doug Smith Kia and your sale person is Mr. Lynn Wightman.. Within a year this was our second purchase from this dealer ship. Everybody there is nice and they don't ,,push ''. Mr. Lynn Wightman is so awesome to work with. He really listens to what we wanted and didn't wanted. He was wonderful thru out this whole process. If you on the market for a new car and you don't want any headache that usually comes with it, save your self a stress and go to Doug Smith Kia. They will treat you as a valued costumer. Living in Draper it's worth of drive even for service and oil change. We highly recommend this car dealer ship. We know were are next car will come from!

Chad Walkenhorse at Doug Smith Autoplex was fantastic! He immediately assisted my mother-in-law and me in what we were looking for, a Kia Soul. He totally helped us figure out the best plan for us and I was able to drive away in a new Kia Soul that day! I am 100% happy with my new soul!! I would highly recommend Doug Smith Autoplex and Chad Walkenhorse to anyone looking for a vehicle. In fact the whole staff was amazing! I rate them excellent! Chad also walked me through the car so I knew how to use all the devices and things. I am so happy!!! My husband is also interested in getting a Kia as well and I have mentioned it to my friends. :) Thank you Chad!!

This review is long past due, but well deserved. I have purchased two vehicles in the past 12 months from Doug Smith and my brother has purchased one as well. Kia Soul Exclaim, Optima EX and a Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition. Dave Anderson helped us out with all three and was great. NO pressure, very helpful and an overall good guy to do business with. Casey and Ed were also great, and the finance gal (sorry I am forgetting your name right now!) was super easy to work with as well. I can also honestly say that the first time I walked in off the street, to buying my first car from them, to bringing in my brother to get his Optima to going back in again for my wife's Grand Cherokee they have treated me the same. Which has been nice and refreshing. Buying a car from Doug Smith was pretty much everything you hope a car buying experience should be like, and none of the "other" stuff you sometimes hear about. Thanks again guys!

We bought our Kia from Doug Smith this past weekend. It was a fantastic experience, Sam and Casey and Ed along with everyone else in Kia was fantastic to work with. They made it so easy and were so patient in dealing with my husband not being able to decide between two cars. No pressure or frustration. I love my car so much and had such a good experience that now my mom & dad are thinking about trading their car in for a new Kia and I know just what to send them. Customer's for life right here!!

During our car search my wife and I visited various car dealerships. Our first reaction to many of the salesman was not the best to say the least. It was almost making our first buying experience a regrettable one. When we came to Doug Smith Autoplex things changed. Sam, the sales rep, didn't feel like a sales rep at all. He made the experience enjoyable and easy for us. He quickly gained our confidence and helped us in such a way that we were able to feel calm and confident about our choices and opinions--not feeling rushed or influenced by his agenda. Our experience was a good one at Doug Smith Autoplex and we will be back when the time comes. We love our Kia Optima!

Dave, Ed, Casey and Chad were all great. They know what they are talking about and are super helpful without being in your face or over-salesy (I know that is not a word). Since I brought my brother back and he is now the roud owner of a nice white Optima ES. My wife and I just drove home on Tuesday with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition in white. Oh, the finance gal is awesome too. Sorry I can't remember her name :) Ask for Mike in the Chrysler Store and any of the Kia guys mentioned above.

Ron Jewett at Doug Smith was fantastic to work with. He provided us with many options that fit our specific needs. He was patient as we evaluated the options and selected our car. We had a few hick-ups, however those were corrected quickly to our total satisfaction. As one who does not enjoy buying cars, I would deffinately buy at Doug Smith again.

I hate buying cars. I do not like any of the process but Doug Smith and DJ or sales guy made it as easy as possible. I have trained sales teams for many years and I always taught my teams to help the customer through the buying process rather then selling to them. DJ helped us get the right car for the right price.

I initially went in to Doug Smith looking for a specific car that had unfortunately already been sold. However, I met with Tom who was incredibly easy to work with. He looked at some other available possibilities that were similar to what I had come in for and let us take a look with absolutely no pressure. We ended up finding a suitable alternative that we were very happy with. The whole experience down to signing the papers with the finance guy was very enjoyable. Everyone was sincerely nice to work with and I would certainly recommend Doug Smith to my family and friends.
